Vasileios was drawn in the world of entertainment from a very young age. As a teenager he was an avid gamer, travelling around the world with WCG Tournaments. After finishing his studies in Computing & Networks, he got involved in the Internet Station industry. He created his first escape room and shortly after that he founded Intelligent Entertainment, primarily providing franchise solutions through the company’s branch, The MindTrap. All that before he even reached his thirties. Vasileios has a unique vision of how group entertainment should be formed in the 21st Century, making sure that his vision if fulfilled through the company’s projects. An escape room network owner himself, he knows exactly how businesses must perform in order to provide awesome services and get satisfying incomes. His clear understanding of the entertainment psychology along with his entrepreneurial spirit and acquaintance, is the fuel that defines the company and makes it move further.

Katerina is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. She ensures that business processes and systems run efficiently, manages resources, and works to achieve the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Despite being a recent addition, Katerina’s work ethic and attention to detail have already became some of Intelligent Entertainment’s finest assets.

Meet Maria, our CFO, responsible for responsible for overseeing all financial activities within our organization. Maria is directly involved with financial planning, budgeting, investment opportunities, risk management, and overall financial procedures of Intelligent Entertainment.

Panagiotis, is responsible for overseeing and guiding the creative direction of a company. He leads and inspires creative teams to develop innovative and engaging content, ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand and goals and creating escape room scenarios, unexpected twists, and riddles of different complexity levels to optimize the player’s experience. With his great experience in the entertainment industry, he knows how effectively to plan the location of props while at the same time retaining a sequence between the gameplay and the puzzles.

Yannis is the head manager of our construction team. His excellency in woodworking, combined with his electronics skills, gives him a holistic understanding of how escape and thematic constructions should be built. All the company’s entertainment ideas turned into shape thanks to his vision and experience in the field of entertainment construction. 

Panagiotis, a pivotal member of our Electronic Engineering department, oversees our electronic endeavors with expertise honed by years of experience. His watchful eye ensures that our projects meet every need and hurdle head-on.

Inspired by his father, Grigoris used to mess up with electronics since he was a child. He is awarded with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics from the International Hellenic University and continued with a Master of Science in Applied Electronic Systems. He specializes in installation of microcontrollers and embedded devices in a complete system. As an embedded developer he designs software which support and controls hardware on a wide range of devices. His in-system programming skills are fundamental for the electrical system to function effectively.

Yannis is responsible for the brand image and shapes the company vision into messages of all formats. His experience in all media formats, combined with a modern approach of aesthetics and communicational patterns, help the company improve in a variety of fields and define him as a valuable ally when it comes to providing marketing & communication solutions to clients.

Pavlos leads our organization’s procurement department and oversees the acquisitions of goods and services made by the company. He ensures that purchases will meet organizational needs while helping to reduce costs and give higher profit margins.

Erato, brings a wealth of experience to ensure top-notch quality and efficiency in our manufacturing process. Herleadership and a keen eye for detail keep our team on track, delivering exceptional indoor entertainment solutions every time.

Athina’s role involves coordinating and organizing the essential elements that make our projects come to life. Her strategic acumen and supplier management skills guarantee the efficiency and quality that set our projects apart. Athina’s commitment to excellence drives our procurement process, ensuring we deliver top-notch entertainment solutions.

Stefanos, our talented 3D Generalist, breathes life into our projects with his stunning 3D designs for escape rooms, minigolf, and Agent Factory. Attained an eye to composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting. He creates layouts for complex projects and faces the challenges of each one by developing high-quality designs 2D and 3D designs, aligned with each project’s requirements.

Sofia our digital art virtuoso, breathes life into our imaginative concepts with her stunning digital creations. Sophie’s dedication to perfection ensures that every visual element she crafts enhances the overall experience, making her an invaluable part of our team.

Maria fuels our digital presence with B2B and B2C copywriting, Meta Ads, and dynamic social media content. Identifying trends and insights helps her to optimize online marketing strategies. She designs, builds, and maintains the company’s digital presence, and also develops and monitors online marketing campaigns.

Pavlos can handle both the visible parts of a website or app (front-end) and the behind-the-scenes workings (back-end). He builds, manages, and troubleshoots the entire software system.

Dimitris designs, codes, tests, and maintains software applications. He writes the instructions that computers follow to perform specific tasks, such as creating websites, mobile apps and desktop programs. Off

With an experience of 22 years in wood crafting, there is no design that Dimitris cannot handle. His attention to details, combined with his dedication to his work, transform pieces of wood to delicate structures. His mindset and diverse skills enable him to cope with a multitude of contrasting props simultaneously. A father of two, he knows exactly how to build things meant for entertainment, but at the same time maintain supreme safety standards.

Giorgos is skilled in handling many materials, but wood has a special place in his heart. With a natural ability to use tools -both hand and power tools- Giorgos constructs, erects, installs, and renovates structures made of wood and other materials like steel.

Konstantinos is the master of the steel. With experience in managing plenty of construction materials, he is more passionate about working with steel and iron. As a welding professional, he installs and reinforces steel components, shaping our props with strong elements, resulting in multi-material scenery with enhanced safety.

A lifetime of mastering the wood could easily be Nikos’ life caption. His ability to envision woodworking results and provide flawless and solid solutions come together with his incredible experience and mastership in wooden creations. His eagle-eye perception of construction is remarkably hard to find. Nikos is, among, other attributes, notorious for his machine-equivalent wood cutting precision. Aside of being an expert in timber and wood structures, he is always the positive and laughing soul of each project, sharing generously both his skills and life attitude.
