To support our growth, we’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer to join our software team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CSS, React, and CMS Frameworks, while familiarity with UX and design platforms like Figma will be greatly considered too.
As a Front-End Developer at Intelligent Entertainment, you’ll be responsible for the transformation of designs and wireframes into functional and visually attractive front-end websites. A creative team of software engineers, backend developers, and graphic & 3D designers will be working along and assisting in the creation of awesome front-end website experiences for our end customers. The Front-End Developer needs to be passionate, and enthusiastic about the position, and the creative requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining website layouts and user interfaces using CSS and React.
- Designing user interactions on web pages.
- Optimizing websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to improve website design and functionality.
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- Collaborating with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
- Staying abreast of developments in web design and development.
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency & proven experience with CSS.
- Experienced with React.js.
- Experience with other fundamental front-end tools such as HTML and JavaScript will be considered.
- Familiarity and/or experience with web design platforms like Figma and Storybook will be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to time-manage within project deadlines.
- An owned transportation vehicle for daily commuting to the HQ will be considered an asset.
- Experienced with one or more basic CMS frameworks (WordPress, Joomla!, Drupal)
