As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from concept to installation, coordinating creative, technical, and production teams, and ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. You will be the key link between our in-house departments, contractors, and clients – making sure every attraction meets our standards of quality, efficiency, and wow-factor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams (design, engineering, production) and external contractors.
• Ensure clear communication with clients, maintaining transparency and building strong relationships.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee on-site installations, leading construction crews and ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Ensure projects comply with industry best practices and company standards.
• Support the roll-out of scalable systems and processes for international expansion.
• Participate in the game scenario & gameflow process.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in entertainment, construction, or leisure attractions, or a relevant job position.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong familiarity with constructional and technological systems.
• Good understanding of the pop and gaming culture will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field will be considered.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Flexibility to travel internationally and lead on-site teams.
• Ability to transport and work at our HQ in Diavata, Thessaloniki.
